Always friendly and helpful.
Can always get to see a doctor when required.
Found that I am referred to hospital quickly if required.
Never feel rushed when seeing doctors always try to explain conditions.

Always got time for you and listen to your problems. They send you straight to the hospital if you need any treatment or specialist advise.
Extremely helpful when we moved out of the area, they allowed us to stay at this surgery, which we really appreciate.
Receptionist very helpful.

Doctor listen to me and was very helpful.
Explain why he was giving me serton tablets, and what they would do for me.
Waiting times could be improved.

Thank you for your feedback it is important to us. We are sorry if you feel you have had to wait a long time to see the doctor. It is difficult with open surgery each morning as we don't really know how many patients are going to want to see GP each day but at least you are guaranteed to see a doctor on the same day during open surgery. We do thank you for bringing this to our attention.
